Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms of Use") apple to the OnHand website located at www.getonhand.com. The Site is the property of OnHand, LLC. ("OnHand") and its licensors.  BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE. 


OnHand reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, and or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time.  It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes.  Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.  As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, OnHand grans you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site. 

Return and Refund Policy

Should you need to return products, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from OnHand customer service first. All RA requests must be submitted to OnHand in writing via email.  All RA requests must include your OnHand order number, your contact name, email address, phone number, city, state, zip, the SKU number, product description, quantity to be returned, and reason for return. Your RA number is valid for 30 days and must be clearly marked on the outside of all return packages. You must allow for in-transit time as OnHand must physically receive the products within 30 calendar days of RA issuance or the RA will be cancelled. Any products received after 30 days or otherwise not conforming to OnHand's return policies will be returned to you at your shipping expense and will be subject to a 15% processing fee calculated on the originally invoiced value of the products returned. If you refuse the shipment or return the same product again without a valid Return Authorization or otherwise not conforming to OnHand's return policies, you give up title to the product and will not be eligible for any credit related to this product. With the exception of returns due to shipping errors, shipping fees are your responsibility. Overstock merchandise must be in new, resalable condition. Credit will be issued at original purchase cost, minus any previously issued credits or discounts, not to exceed original order cost, to the original payment method.

Warranty Details

The OnHand Warranty applies to all OnHand products purchased from a valid retail location

or online distributor one full year after purchase.


The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.


During the warranty period, OnHand will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of the

product that prove defective.

Exercising The OnHand Warranty

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us and provide proof of purchase in the form of a receipt, conformation number, or snapshot of the purchase. The proof of purchase must be deemed valid by OnHand representative.

The OnHand Warranty does not cover

Claims lacking valid proof of purchase and inability to ship product back.

  • Claims outside of the Warranty Period.
  • Claims of product defect due to consumer maleficence or misuse.

User Guide for Power Bank

Charging Your Power Bank:

Your power bank comes pre-charged and ready to use right out of the package. However,

once its internal battery is drained, you will need to charge it in order to continue using it.


Follow the steps below in order to charge your power pack.

  1. Insert one end of the included USB-C charging cable into the USB-C Charging Port on your power bank. Plug the other end into an available USB port on your computer or a suitable USB wall adapter.
  2. The LED Charging Indicator Lights will blink while the battery is charging, and stop blinking when the battery is fully charged.
  3. By pressing the Power Button once you can see how close the battery is to being fully charged. Each of the LED Charging Indicator Lights will stay lit to indicate that the battery is approximately 25% closer to being fully charged.
  4. Unplug once charging is complete.

NOTE: The power bank’s internal battery will become depleted over time if left idle. Periodically

charge your power bank if it is left unused for extended periods.


Using Your Power Bank to Charge Smartphones:

Follow the steps below in order to use your power bank to charge a smartphone.

  1. Press the Power Button on your power bank in order to turn it on. Insert one end of your smartphone’s charging cable into the USB Charging port on your power bank. Plug the other end into the charging port on your smartphone. Once plugged in, your power bank will begin charging your smartphone.
  2. Charging can take several hours to complete depending on how drained the smartphone’s battery is. You can see the charging status on your phone’s display screen. Unplug once your phone is fully charged.


Power Bank Safety Warnings:

  • Do not use this product for anything other than its intended use.
  • Do not use this unit if it has been dropped or shows any signs of damage.
  • Do not use if it has been exposed to water or other liquids.
  • Keep power bank away from fire and extreme temperatures.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble, modify, or fix device.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

FCC Warning

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Any changes or modifications to device will void the user’s authority to operate the device.

Battery Warning

The battery should be disposed of according to local regulations. Do not dispose of the battery in re,

as it may cause an explosion.
